The First Asia-Pacific Conference on Accounting and Economics and Special Issue Conference of Asia Pacific Journal of Accounting & Economics

APJAE is widely recognised as a prestigious journal by researchers and journal evaluation institutes. It is abstracted & indexed in ABI/INFORM, EconLit, ProQuest, RePEc, Scopus, Web of Science and SSCI listing. The APJAE’s primary objective is to publish high quality research papers in the fields of accounting, finance and economics. This special conference aims to bring together researchers, academicians, and practitioners in accounting, finance and economics from China and around the world to present, discuss and deliberate upon emerging issues in these fields in the contemporary world. 

 

Conference Theme

This conference theme encompasses all research topics related to accounting, finance, and economics. Generally, we welcome submissions that align with the aims and scope of the APJAE. While the theme is open, we particularly encourage research that explores impactful and innovative topics, as well as technologies, within the realms of accounting, finance, and economics.
Accepted papers will be considered for publication in the 2024 Special Issue of the APJAE on a fast-track basis. The final decision for publication is subject to satisfactory revision and adherence to the journal's quality standards.


Paper Submission

  1. Please send a complete English version of your paper in electronic format (i.e.PDF or Word) to acsiyi@xjtu.edu.cn. The submission should include two separate files: one for the blinded manuscript and another for the title page, which should include authors' affiliations and contact information. The deadline for submission is March 24,2024.
  2. In the submission email, please indicate if you wish your paper to be considered for publication at APJAE Special Issue. The subject of the email should be “Paper Submission to APJAE Conference by “Author Names”.
  3. All papers will undergo a standard review process, and notification of acceptance will be sent by April 15, 2024. Please note that acceptance to the conference does not guarantee acceptance into the APJAE Special Issue.
  4. The paper presenters are expected to discuss another paper presented in the same session.

Date: April 26-28, 2024 (April 26 is the registration date for the conference).
Venue: Xi'an Jiaotong University, No. 28 Xianning West Road, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province.
